- Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and identify requirements for repair, renovation, or upgrading of facilities.
- Propose appropriate technical solutions, construction methods, and materials for each project scope.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare the Scope of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with design consultants and contractors during site surveys, solution development, and project execution.
- Monitor and supervise technical works and inspect the quality of repair, renovation, and construction activities.
- Participate in technical inspections and acceptance procedures, and maintain relevant documentation for infrastructure and facility projects.
- Propose maintenance, repair, and renovation plans based on actual operational needs.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, infrastructure, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building structures, construction materials, and basic technical systems; proficient in AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Experience in site surveys, quantity take-offs, SOW preparation, repair planning, and construction quality control.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently and effectively with contractors and consultants.

- Visa, Work Permit (WP) & TRC Compliance: Directly handle end-to-end applications, renewals, and legal tracking for Visas, WPs, and TRCs.
- Partner with government authorities and vendors while monitoring expat documentation costs and potential legal risks. 
- Contracts & Records Management: Drafting bilingual (Vietnamese–English) employment contracts, addenda, and HR decisions (onboarding, renewal, termination); maintaining organized, confidential hard-copy and electronic expat files. 
- Health Insurance & Offboarding: Managing expat health insurance (enrollments, renewals, claims support); executing full-cycle offboarding (contract liquidation, asset handover, social insurance guidance, exit paperwork).

- Experience: 1–2 years of direct experience handling Visa, WP, and TRC procedures for expats (experience in the Education sector is an advantage).
- Education: University graduate (HR, Business Administration, Labor, or related fields).
- Knowledge: Solid practical understanding of Vietnam labor laws and regulations regarding foreign employees.
- Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken), high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
